Registration

We welcome you to our school! Registration begins in early February for the following academic year. Be sure to check out our Facebook page for upcoming registration dates as well as information regarding our annual open house in February.

Classes offered:

3 year old: 2 days a week

  • option 1 (Tuesday/Thursday)
  • option 2 (Monday/Wednesday)

3 year old: 3 days a week

  • option 1 (Tuesday/Thursday/Friday)
  • option 2 (Monday/Wednesday/Friday)

4 year old: 3 days a week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday)

4 year old: 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)

4 Plus: 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)

Age requirements:

  • 3 year old class: Child must turn 3 by December 1st of the academic year.
  • 4 year old class: Child must turn 4 by December 1st of the academic year.
  • 4 Plus: Child must turn 5 by March 1st of the academic year.

To register, please fill out an application and submit to the Co-Op along with a non-refundable $45 application fee. Once your application has been received, you will receive a registration packet in the mail. Please fill out and return the forms ASAP.  (Electronic copies of these forms are also available in the link below should you need additional copies.) If a class has been filled prior to the receipt of your application, our registration chair will contact you and your child will be placed on a waiting list.

Tuition Rates, Fees, and Policies

Tuition is determined by the age of the student, whether a parent will be participating in the classroom, annual/installment payment choice, and if there are siblings attending. Please download the tuition rate matrix and additional forms to be completed below:

Tuition is to be paid as follows:

  • A non-refundable $200.00 installment due on April 1st ; and
  • the balance payable in three equal installments due August 1st, November 1st and February 1st. In the alternative, tuition can be paid in full (minus the $200 April 1st payment) on August 1st. (Students whose parents choose the latter option will receive O.P. Co-op t-shirt and tote bag.)
  • Please note that the $200 deposit consists of $150 that will be applied toward the annual tuition cost, along with a $50 volunteer commitment fee (collected up front) that will be refunded back to you after satisfying your volunteer requirement with the school. As such, when calculating cost of annual tuition, please assume that only $150 of the deposit is being applied to the annual tuition cost.
